Order Processing Timeline

Once your payment is successfully confirmed, our beauty warehouse team will carefully pick, inspect and pack your items within 1–3 business days.

Our fulfillment team does not operate on weekends, national public holidays, or seasonal break periods; orders submitted during these times will begin processing on the next working day.

If your order contains pre-launch or restock pending items, we will hold your entire shipment until all products are available to ship together, and we will notify you by email if there will be a long processing delay.

Estimated Delivery Windows

All delivery timelines provided on our site are expected transit times and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delays may occur due to customs hold, courier volume surges, severe weather, global logistics disruptions or local postal service adjustments.
  • United States Domestic Addresses: 3–7 business days after shipment leaves our warehouse
  • All International Global Destinations: 7–20 business days after shipment leaves our warehouse

Shipping Rates & Complimentary Shipping Perk

Shipping fees are calculated automatically on the checkout page, determined by your delivery location, total package weight, and the shipping speed you select (standard or expedited express).

We offer complimentary standard shipping for all orders with a pre-tax subtotal of $75 USD or above.

If you need faster delivery for special occasions, expedited shipping is available as an optional upgrade with an additional charge displayed before payment.

Important International Customs & Tax Notice

For every cross-border order shipped outside the United States:
  1. All import duties, local VAT, customs clearance administrative fees, and regional consumption taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer receiving the package.
  2. Tower 28 Beauty will not reimburse, offset, or cover any customs-related charges incurred during international delivery.
  3. We highly recommend all international shoppers to review their country’s local cosmetic import regulations before placing an order, as we cannot take responsibility for packages detained, seized, or discarded by destination customs authorities.

Track Your Shipment

As soon as your package departs our warehouse, an automated email containing your unique tracking number and direct tracking portal link will be sent to your registered email address.

Logistics tracking information may take up to 24 hours to refresh and display movement updates after dispatch.

Solutions for Shipping Issues

  1. Damaged or defective products upon delivery

    Please capture clear photos of the outer shipping packaging and damaged items, then send them to our support email within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Our team will review your submission and offer a replacement or partial refund solution. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window cannot be processed.
  2. Lost or stolen packages marked by courier

    If tracking status shows your shipment is lost or stolen, reach out to our customer service with your full order number within 14 days after the shipment date. We will coordinate with our logistics partner to launch an official loss investigation.
  3. Undeliverable packages returned to warehouse

    If your parcel is sent back to us due to an invalid shipping address, recipient refusal to pay customs fees, or multiple failed delivery attempts, you will be required to cover both the original outbound shipping cost and return shipping surcharge before we can resend your order.
