1. Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 30 days after delivery
  • Items are unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging is included whenever possible

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

3. Refunds

After your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final sale products
  • Items not in original condition or showing signs of use
  • Free promotional items (if any)

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping costs are paid by the customer
  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping

6. Damaged or Wrong Orders
